The black dahlia murder case why did the guy kill elizabeth shorts ?

No one really seems to know why!

Comment to M.B....Ever heard of the "Torso Murders" that took place in Cleveland, Ohio, many years ago? They took place in the late 40's (?) %26amp; Elliot Ness was called in on the case. Many people were murdered %26amp; bodies were dumped in one area. Theory was, that a surgeon did it because of the way the bodies were found. The case was as famous as the Black Dahlia case.

***Thank you so much for your reply, M.B. Now that you mentioned it, I do remember hearing about the postcards the murderer sent to Ness...taunting him. My son is a homicide detective %26amp; he is interested in reading about the Torso Murders, even though they took place long before he was born. My son has a pile of unsolved cases on his desk that really bother him but maybe in time the pile will get shorter.***

Thanks for your input!!! I appreciate it!

The black dahlia murder case why did the guy kill elizabeth shorts ?
no one knows, some experts think it was art
Reply:The case was never solved, and is still open.
Reply:We'll probably never know, because they have never found the killer. I have read "The Black Dahlia Avenger" and "Daddy Was The Black Dahlia Killer", both authors claim to know the identity of the killer, in "Daddy.." it was because he was just a raging psycho serial killer, in "Avenger" it was to cover up an affair..but the truth is, we'll probably never know...

To Shortstuff: I have heard of the Torso Murders, the were never solved, and that haunted Ness until the day he died- the killer even sent Ness postcards, taunting him for not solving the crime.
