Black Dahlia... What physical prob did she have that wouldn't allow her to have sex?

I am reading on her, and the article is saying something about her not being able to have sex, or having trouble with having sex. What are they referring to?

Black Dahlia... What physical prob did she have that wouldn't allow her to have sex?
The autopsy report reveals that Elizabeth Short's genitalia was anatomically normal in appearance, and there are documented statements by men who have successfully been with her. However investigative files do contain a report by a doctor who was treating her for a bartholin gland disorder (responsible for natural lubrication) which may explain her reluctance to engage in intercourse, especially during the several occasions when she had the relative painful treatments done. Back in those days the area was lanced so it's understandable if she wasn't feeling particularly romantic right after treatments.
