If you're looking for a movie surrounding the murder, this is not it.





I'm not even sure why it had the same title.

Reply:No, no, no! I read about the case, too, ages ago so I rented the film to see it and was sadly disappointed! Horrible film that focused more on the psychological and social problems of the cops than on the Black Dahlia herself.
Reply:DON'T BOTHER! The Court TV case was much more interesting than the movie.
Reply:No, the movie wasn't that great in fact it sucked. I was under the impression that it was going to be about Elizabeth Short ( The Black Dahlia) given that was the title of the movie. She was barely mentioned in the movie, it was more or less about the obsession the two detectives had for her.





You could always rent the movie first to make a judgment for yourself.
